* When you sign up for an account, sign into an account, or use one of our products, you provide certain information, such as an email address. Most of this information is protected PII.
* When you play one of our games, you can choose to, for example, customize or name an avatar. Some of this will be treated as PII.
* If you make a purchase, you will provide sufficient information to complete the purchase.
(ii) How we use the data we collect
* We do not sell, rent, or lease PII to third parties. We NEVER disclose PII except as necessary to provide the service requested (for example, to complete a purchase), or as required by law.
* If you provide us with comments or customer service requests, we may publish this. We might, for example, add it to a public FAQ for the benefit of other players.
(iii) How you can request that we remove your data
* If you ever want us to delete your PII, just contact us via the normal customer service channels or email email@example.com and you can also use our Contact Form. We must verify your identity, because such a request is permanent and irreversible.
* Once we have confirmed that you are you and that you truly want your information deleted, we will lawfully comply by removing all of your personally identifiable information in a timely manner, and you will no longer have an account or related assets with us. We cannot reverse this, so please think twice, as we will miss you.

Like most website operators, GROUND AND POUND GAMING (hereafter referred to as GNPG) and United States Gaming (hereafter referred to as USG) collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers make incidentally available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information Certain visitors to GNPG and USG websites choose to interact with GNPG and USG in ways that require GNPG and USG to gather personally-identifying information (PII). The amount and type of information that GNPG and USG gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who create an account with us to provide a username and email address.
Customers who engage in transactions with GNPG and USG are completely protected by the best in privacy and security, following industry best practices. In each case, GNPG and USG collects only such information as is necessary and appropriate fulfill the purpose of the visitor's interaction with GNPG or USG. GNPG and USG does not disclose PII to any third party except as described below.
Visitors always have the right to refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them participating in certain activities or utilizing certain services provided by GNPG or USG.
GNPG and USG may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. For instance, GNPG and USG may monitor site traffic or utilize DDoS mitigation and spam screening services to identify spammers and abusers. GNPG and USG may publish or display such aggregated information publicly, and may provide it to third parties. However, GNPG and USG does not disclose non-aggregated personally-identifyiing information other than as described below.
Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information GROUND AND POUND GAMING and United States Gaming are committed to protecting your privacy. GNPG and USG only disclose personally-identifying information (PII) as provided for by law, and we are committed to protecting potentially identifying information the same as actual PII.
As a part of normal operations, GNPG and USG personnel may have access to PII where necessary to provide the relevant requested service. All GNPG and USG employees and relevant contractors who may be exposed to PII are lawfully obligated to protect your information.

If you send us feedback or a support request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to contact you in order to help us clarify or respond to your request. We also reserve the right to publish it, in order to to help us support other users.
GNPG and USG takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of personally-identifying information. GNPG and USG also commits to fulfill all lawful requests to remove personally identifying information in a timely fashion as provided for by law.
GNPG and USG do not allow third-party ads in our apps, thus we do not collect related information, and cannot disclose what we do not collect.
You grant us a non-exclusive unlimited license to store, use and display comments and submitted content so we can show it to other users as appropriate. We store comments for up to 180 days, after which they are automatically removed. We store submitted content for as long as it remains in use. If we find content that we find to be objectionable or potentially illegal, we may at our discretion preserve a copy offline for further investigation. If requested as specified above, we will remove all comments and submitted content from your account in a reasonable time frame. In an investigation, we may provide comments and content as required by law to law enforcement agencies.
